Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Payments
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If your booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods listed at checkout. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
All prepayments are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. We are a small, seasonal business and cancellations impact us significantly, especially during peak periods.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers accommodation cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather events, or travel disruptions.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability – just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that early check-in or late check-out at Sugi Chalet and Cedar House is usually not available, as both accommodations are often booked back-to-back.
Guest Responsibility
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all guests in their party. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused during your stay may be charged accordingly.
Snow Conditions & Resort Operations
As we are located in a snow resort area, weather and resort operations are outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued due to lift closures, snow conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Changes by Escape Myoko
While rare, we reserve the right to make changes to your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
