Join the crew
We are currently recruiting for the following positions.
Ski School Manager
- Responsible for managing a team of around 12–15 instructors
- Previous ski school management experience is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Roomboss booking software would be beneficial
- An instructor background is a strong advantage
Ski and SnowBoard Instructors
Current recognised instructor certification and teaching experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to teach guests of all ages and ability levels
- Confident riding ability and a strong focus on guest safety and experience
Rental Tech
Experience fitting and maintaining ski and snowboard equipment
Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Friendly, customer focused attitude with basic computer or booking system skills
Pizza Chef
Previous experience making pizza, ideally in a wood fired or stone baked environment
Ability to work cleanly and consistently during busy service periods
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude under pressure
Front of house – Position Filled
Confident customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
Ability to manage bookings, orders, and guest enquiries accurately
- Flexible availability and the ability to work well in a busy hospitality setting
Chalet Host — Position Filled
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or lodge operations
Must have snow clearing experience using machinery
- Friendly, proactive attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experience
Resort Guide / Lead Guide
Responsible for comfortably and safely guiding groups of up to 4 guests around the resort
An instructing background (ski or snowboard) is highly regarded but not essential
- Avalanche safety training is highly valued, with a strong focus on guest safety and terrain awareness

Non-Negotiables for All Crew Members
Must have a valid Working Holiday Visa or be eligible for one, or hold an Instructor Visa
Must have a valid international driver’s license
Bilingual in Japanese is preferred
