Whether you’re looking for a cosy, intimate space or a room to fit the whole family, we’ll have something to suit your needs. Standard
Our Standard Rooms are ideal for solo travellers or couples. With a choice of two twin beds or one king bed, you can enjoy warm, rustic decor, a built-in vanity, and individual heating. These rooms utilise shared bathroom facilities, offering everything you need for a restful stay.
Deluxe
Upgrade your experience with our Deluxe Rooms, complete with an ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Featuring a queen bed, premium furnishings, and beautiful views of the surrounding forest, these rooms are perfect for those seeking a touch of luxury.
Family
Ideal for families and larger groups, our Family Loft Rooms can comfortably sleep up to four guests. With two single beds in the loft and two single beds on the main floor, there’s plenty of space for a fun family getaway. These rooms utilise shared bathroom facilities for a comfortable stay.

Served from 7:00 – 8:00am, our buffet style assortment offers a simple yet energy-packed start to your day.
Local
Transfers
Our dedicated team will be ready to welcome you at the local Myoko Kogen train or bus station to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Complimentary transfers are available after 3:00pm on arrival day and before 10:00am on departure day. Please note that this service must be arranged in advance so we can coordinate arrival times with our crew.
Shuttle
Service
Our complimentary shuttle service is exclusively for guests staying at Mountain Hut Lodge, providing easy access to the nearby Myoko Kogen ski resorts. The service runs daily during the following time blocks:
Morning service – 8am – 9:30am
Afternoon service – 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Need to get around outside those times? The local Myoko shuttle bus connects all major resorts throughout the day, making it simple to explore the area at your own pace.
"Hand dug terrain park in the side yard! Very cheap beers and resort shuttles on your room tab. Great group of hosts and guests. Yummy breakfast and they even do your dishes. Good vibes on the stereo and all around. I’ve stayed in about 10 ski hostels in Japan and this is one of the best"
