Current Project: Ikenotaira Development
Our current development concept is centred on our existing accommodation property in Ikenotaira, Myoko Kogen. The preliminary masterplan includes a small collection of premium alpine chalets around our existing lodge and pond, together with a manager’s residence and supporting guest infrastructure.
The goal is a low-density mountain accommodation precinct that feels connected to Myoko, rather than a large standalone resort development. The project is currently progressing through preliminary planning, construction costing, infrastructure assessment and accommodation licensing investigations.
